The back story. We had a meeting for the lease negotiations. I reviewed the lease. Really, I actually read all pages and all addemdems.
I highlighted areas of concern and I did the math. Then I did research on similiar properties. I wanted to compare Apples to Apples.
I presented the concerns I would have to her so that she could make an “informed decision” (and is why I am here in Idaho and not there today).
