As we continue to grow and thrive as a group, it’s imperative that we all understand and adhere to the rules that sustain our unity and productivity. The following guidelines are crafted with everyone’s best interests at heart, fostering a networking community that’s engaged and progressing together.

In-Person Attendance: Our face-to-face interactions are invaluable, strengthening our collaboration. Therefore, our standing rule requires attendance in person for at least every other meeting. If you have specific circumstances that might prevent you from meeting this requirement, please let us know in advance. By doing so, we can consider your situation before releasing your seat.

Attendance Responsibility: To keep our group vibrant and connected, it is vital that members don’t miss three consecutive meetings without either arranging a substitute or notifying us. If such an absence occurs, your seat may be put in jeopardy. Additionally, if a visiting professional occupies the same seat as yours, and we haven’t seen or heard from you for three or more meetings, that spot could become available to others.

Non-Business Activities: For any personal activities, drives, donations, charities, or other actions not directly related to your business, please obtain pre-approval from BCKC leadership before presenting them to the group. If you have a charitable event you wish to present, arrange its presentation in advance. Non-compliance with this request may result in your seat being released.

Please remember, these rules aren’t designed to be punitive; rather, they are in place to nurture a cooperative atmosphere and guide us in the best direction. Our collective strength hinges on our commitment to one another, and complying with these guidelines ensures we maintain that connection.
